- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆My husband has had a Raymond Weil Parsifal watch for 12 years with no issues until it just stopped working a couple of months ago. We paid for a service with a local jewellers who advised that the watch had to go back to Raymond Weil SWICO for repair. After a cost of £485 the watch appeared to be working fine for a couple months then condensation appeared in the dial and the crown felling off letting water in to the mechanism. The watch is completely broken with water damage. SWICO have said he must have banged this (which he did not) and that they are not liable for the crown falling off. We are certain that the crown could not have been completely tightened when returned to us but we are getting nowhere with them. A £2,000 watch with huge sentimental value destroyed and zero customer service or care from the manufacturer. They have not even replied to my letter/emails. I am taking the matter further with consumer advice. Do not buy from this company!!By lesleycollins, February 15, 2017
